About CABEA

CABEA was founded in 1934. The Association was created to improve the teaching of business, technology and careers through the development of leadership skills, subject matter expertise, and networking opportunities for its members.

CABEA serves Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will Counties.

CABEA is an affiliate of IBEA (Illinois Business Education Association) and NBEA (National Business Education Assoication). Members include:

• Business, Computers, and Career educators in middle and high school, business school, community college and universities
  
• Representatives of publishing companies
  
• Consultants
  
• College students majoring in Business, Computers, and Career Education
